We use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Product information for sales, FAQs, help content, internal company documents, and websites in formats such as txt, pdf, and Word are stored in a RAG (vector DB), and the data is kept within the user's OpenAI account, so it is not exposed externally. Customer inquiries, employee training, and internal document searches are handled using OpenAI's API and LLM, and the data transmitted through the API is not used for training. Additionally, abuse monitoring logs may contain certain customer content, such as prompts and responses, as well as metadata derived from that customer content, such as classifier outputs. By default, abuse monitoring logs are generated for all API feature usage and retained for up to 30 days.

Our service has no usage limits, as you are using your own OpenAI API Key. This allows you to freely choose from all the latest models provided by the OpenAI API.
