How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your account at https://www.aitalk.ch.
2. Open Settings and go to the “Advanced” tab, then the “Data Management” section.
3. Under “Anonymize Personal Information”, click the button and confirm.
4. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted. Your login email and name are anonymized and can no longer be used to sign in.

If you have an active paid subscription

Deletion is blocked while a paid subscription is active. Cancel your subscription first; once it expires or is cancelled, the delete option becomes available.

Prefer to ask us directly?

You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@aitalk.ch from the email address on your account. We will process the request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your profile (login email and name are anonymized, profile image and password removed)
• Your AI assistants, workflows and their configuration
• Conversations and message history
• Uploaded files and data sources
• Connected third-party credentials and API keys
• Push notification tokens

Data that is retained

A limited set of data is kept to meet legal obligations:

• Billing and payment records (invoices, subscription history) are retained where required by applicable accounting and tax law — up to 10 years under Swiss law.
• A one-way hash of your email address is retained to prevent re-registration of a deleted account. It cannot be used to recover your email.

Deleting only part of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account. In Settings → Advanced you can separately delete only your conversation history, or only your usage logs, while keeping your account.
